We are seeking a Botanist specialising in Australian Native Plants to join our small team based in Cairns. This role blends hands-on plant care, seedling monitoring, and nursery operations with data collection and project communication. You will play a key role in managing native plant health in controlled conditions, refining treatment protocols, and supporting ongoing experimental work under the direction of the project lead.
This role is ideal for a botanist or experienced nursery technician who is comfortable balancing physical plant care with structured data collection and basic experimental protocols.
